Terms of Service

1. Service Agreements

All HVAC services are provided based on a written estimate or quote approved by the customer. Work will not begin without customer authorization. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Warranties

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Repairs carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty. New installations include manufacturer warranties ranging from 5-10 years, plus our 2-year labor warranty.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless financing or a payment plan has been arranged. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Financing is subject to credit approval.

4. Cancellations

We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

North Port Climate Crew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
